Terms of Service

1. Agreement
By accessing or using openLEO (“Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the Service. The Service is operated by Reza Rezvani, Berlin, Germany (“openLEO”, “we”, “us”, “our”).
2. Service Description
openLEO is a SaaS AI assistant platform that allows users to create, configure, and interact with AI-powered assistants. The Service includes assistant configuration tools, automations, integrations, and related features as described on our website and updated from time to time.
3. Account & Eligibility
- You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding contract to use the Service.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.
- You must provide accurate and up-to-date information when registering.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Generate, distribute, or facilitate illegal content of any kind.
- Harass, threaten, defame, or harm any individual or group.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the platform or its underlying AI models.
- Circumvent rate limits, security measures, or access controls.
- Resell or sublicense access to the Service without written permission from openLEO.
- Use automated means to access the Service in ways that exceed normal usage patterns or violate these Terms.
- Violate any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.
5. User Responsibilities
You are responsible for the content of prompts and configurations you create, and for ensuring your use of the Service complies with all applicable laws. You must not input personal data of third parties without a valid legal basis for doing so.
6. Payment & Subscriptions
- Paid plans are billed on a recurring monthly or annual basis, charged in advance.
- You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you retain access until then.
- We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on your first payment. Refund requests after this period are at our discretion.
- Prices may change with 30 days' notice. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.
- Taxes applicable in your jurisdiction are your responsibility and may be added to the listed prices.
7. Intellectual Property
openLEO and its licensors own all rights to the platform, its design, and underlying technology. You retain ownership of content you create using the Service. By using the Service, you grant openLEO a limited licence to process your content solely to provide the Service to you.
8. Availability & Changes
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue features with reasonable notice. We will notify users of material changes via email or in-app notification.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, openLEO shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.
Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to openLEO in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded under German law.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if you breach these Terms or engage in conduct that we reasonably determine is harmful to the Service or other users. You may terminate your account at any time by deleting it from your settings.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases. Clauses that by their nature should survive termination (intellectual property, limitation of liability, governing law) remain in effect.
11. Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany, excluding conflict of law principles. The courts of Berlin, Germany have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service, unless mandatory consumer protection law in your country of residence grants you additional rights.
